We primarily accept orders through WhatsApp communication.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• The details shared are accurate

• You agree to the pricing and product shown

• You are authorized to place the order

Orders are confirmed only after our manual confirmation.

2. Product Information

We try to show accurate product images and descriptions. However:

• Slight color variation may occur

• Handmade items may have minor differences

3. Pricing

• All prices are in INR (₹)

• Prices may change without prior notice

• Final price will be confirmed on WhatsApp

4. Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after:

• Customer confirmation on WhatsApp

• Payment (if prepaid order)

We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or incomplete orders.

Payment instructions are shared via WhatsApp.

6. Shipping

• Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days

• Delivery time depends on location

• Delays by courier companies are not our responsibility

7. Returns & Exchanges

• Only damaged or incorrect products are eligible

• Issue must be reported within 24–48 hours

• Unboxing video may be required

8. Cancellation

Orders once confirmed may not be cancelled if already processed or shipped.

We are not liable for:

• Courier delays

• Incorrect address provided by customer
